  • 120g oats
  • 300g frozen strawberries
  • 3 tbsp Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup or Light Syrup
  • 1 tbsp plain flour
  • 1/2 tbsp plant based butter


  1. Preheat oven to 180c.
  2. Layer the berries in an oven proof dish.⁠
  3. In a bowl mix together the oats, Fruit Syrup, flour and butter. ⁠
  4. Sprinkle over the berries. ⁠
  5. Bake in the oven until the top is golden.
