ingredients
- 200g oat flour, sifted (whizz porridge oats in a blender)
- 280g almond flour (ground almonds)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 medium carrots, grated
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 360ml plant milk of choice
- 100g light plant based butter
- 340g Sweet Freedom CINNAMON SYRUP
make
- Line your tin.
- Mix wet ingredients together, then add your dry ingredients.
- Bake for 40 minutes, leave to cool.
- Optional: drizzle over some Sweet Freedom CINNAMON SYRUP, oats and grated carrot and enjoy!
