UK orders

We send all UK orders using a tracked 48 hour service - this could be Royal Mail or other courier service. Orders placed after 12pm any weekday may not be dispatched until the following working day. We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days.

  • Orders under £29.99 = £4.99 delivery
  • Delivery is FREE for orders over £30

International delivery

Unfortunately we cannot deliver outside of the UK for the time being. We hope to be able to deliver to some European countries soon.


We will email you a confirmation of your order as soon as you have confirmed payment online, please do double check this email when it comes in as any errors in your order can be resolved more easily before the goods have been shipped.

You can return a product for a full refund for any reason within 14 days of you receiving the order. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned to us within 14 days of confirming you are sending it back to us.

Unfortunately if 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered to you, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To return your product, please email or use the contact us page and we will arrange it with you.

When returning an item please include the original packing slip where possible. If you don’t have this, please include a note with your order number - otherwise we will not be able to refund you!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you change your mind. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are sending items worth over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for any replacement product to reach you may vary.

Please get in touch ASAP via the contact us page or by emailing if:

  1. We've inadvertently sent you the wrong items and what you have received does not match the items on your order confirmation -errors do very occasionally happen, we're only human!
  2. Your parcel has been damaged in transit and your products are damaged. Please send pics so we can work with you to resolve - detailed pics also help us to get the courier to cover the cost!
  3. If your product is faulty / unusable.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

There is often some processing time before an agreed refund is posted to your bank or credit card. If we've let you know your refund has been processed please double check with your bank or credit card before recontacting us.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or you have received the wrong items (ie not the same as listed on your emailed order confirmation). If this is the case please use the contact us page or email
