- 2 oatcakes (we love Rude Health brand, with no palm oil)
- a generous spread of Sweet Freedom CHOC POT
- 1 rice cake
- 1 handful mixed berries
- a sprinkle of coconut flakes
- a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds
- a sprinkle of cocoa nibs

- Spread Sweet Freedom CHOC POT over each oatcake / rice cake (you’ll want more than one!)
- Top each rice cake with the chosen toppings. The amounts are totally flexible so you can slather on as much or as little as you like! Serve with a handful of fresh berries.
