nothing nicer than a hot pudding on a chilly evening...
- 120g oats
- 300g frozen strawberries
- 3 tbsp Sweet Freedom LIGHT SYRUP
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- 1/2 tbsp plant based butter
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Layer the berries in an oven proof dish.
- In a bowl mix together the oats, LIGHT SYRUP, flour and butter.
- Sprinkle over the berries.
- Bake in the oven until the top is golden.
