- 150g desiccated coconut
- 100g Sweet Freedom CHOC SHOT Mint
- 50g coconut flour
- for dipping Sweet Freedom CHOC POT or Sweet Freedom CHOC SHOT
make
- Combine desiccated coconut and CHOC SHOT Mint in a large bowl.
- Slowly add in the coconut flour until the mixture is sticky and holds its shape.
- Transfer mixture to a lined baking tray, press and spread evenly.
- Place in the freezer for 30 minutes to set.
