- 240g rolled oats
- 70g ground almonds
- 150g plant based spread
- 170g Sweet Freedom CARAMEL SYRUP
- 80g pumpkin seeds
- 2 pitted plums, roughly chopped

- Preheat the oven to 170C and line a square baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl mix together the oats, ground almonds, plant based spread and CARAMEL SYRUP.
- Fold in the plums and pumpkin seeds.
- Press the mixture into your baking tray.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
- Leave to cool in the tray before cutting into squares.
- Enjoy with an extra drizzle of CARAMEL SYRUP.
