salted caramel pecan cookies
all you need is just 4 simple ingredients to make these healthy and gluten-free cookies
- 2 mashed bananas
- 4 tbsp Sweet Freedom CHOC SHOT Salted Caramel
- 100g oats
- 2 tbsp chopped pecans
- Preheat oven to 170C.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl mix together the banana, CHOC SHOT Salted Caramel and oats.
- Fold in the chopped pecans.
Spoon the mixture onto the baking tray and flatten slightly.
Bake for 10 minutes.
- Leave to cool on the tray before enjoying.
