plum and pumpkin seed flapjacks
these heavenly flapjacks are a delicious healthier sweet treat and they are perfect to keep on hand for lunchboxes
- 240g rolled oats
- 70g ground almonds
- 150g plant based spread
- 170g Sweet Freedom CARAMEL SYRUP
- 80g pumpkin seeds
- 2 pitted plums, roughly chopped
Preheat the oven to 170C and line a square baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl mix together the oats, ground almonds, plant based spread and CARAMEL SYRUP.
Fold in the plums and pumpkin seeds.
Press the mixture into your baking tray.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
Leave to cool in the tray before cutting into squares.
