strawberry shortcake treats
these wonderful protein balls require no baking and only a handful of ingredients
- 50g oats
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder
- 1 tbsp Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 5 fresh strawberries, puréed
- In a food processor combine oats, almond flour, protein powder and coconut.
- Transfer mixture to a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Shape into balls and roll in desiccated coconut.
- Set in the fridge for a few hours before enjoying!
