berry almond overnight oats
start the day off perfect with these fresh and creamy overnight oats
- 40g rolled oats
- 120ml plant based milk
- 70g plant based yoghurt
- 3 tbsp Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- for topping blueberries, raspberries, almonds and FRUIT SYRUP
- Put all the ingredients into a bowl.
- Mix well, cover and leave overnight in the fridge.
- Give it a big stir in the morning, and mix in more milk to serve if it’s too stiff.
- Spoon into glasses, jars or your favourite bowl, and top with berries and an extra drizzle of FRUIT SYRUP.
