frozen yoghurt bark
this healthier frozen yoghurt bark is sweetened with our VANILLA SYRUP and topped with fruit and seeds to make a perfect snack or dessert this summer
- 500g plant based yoghurt
- 6 tbsp Sweet Freedom VANILLA SYRUP
- strawberries, blueberries and seeds for topping
Line a baking tray/sheet with parchment paper.
Mix VANILLA SYRUP into the yoghurt and then pour the yoghurt into the baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with strawberries, blueberries and seeds.
Place in the freezer until the yogurt is firm, about 3 hours.
Cut into pieces.
- Store leftovers in the freezer.
