ingredients

  • 4 scoops plant based ice cream⁠
  • 2 shots hot espresso coffee⁠
  • 4 tbsp Sweet Freedom CARAMEL SYRUP⁠

  1. Scoop the ice cream into 2 small glasses or bowls, and pour a shot of hot espresso coffee over each.⁠
  2. Drizzle over the CARAMEL SYRUP and serve straight away, stirring the ice cream into the hot coffee so that it melts a little.⁠
