- 4 scoops plant based ice cream
- 2 shots hot espresso coffee
- 4 tbsp Sweet Freedom CARAMEL SYRUP

Scoop the ice cream into 2 small glasses or bowls, and pour a shot of hot espresso coffee over each.
- Drizzle over the CARAMEL SYRUP and serve straight away, stirring the ice cream into the hot coffee so that it melts a little.
