healthy apple pie oat bars
heading to a festival this weekend... it’s always a good idea to pack some healthy
- 150g oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 150g apple sauce
- 30g Sweet Freedom CARAMEL SYRUP
- 30g plant based butter, melted
Preheat your oven to 180C.
Mix together the ingredients.
Line a baking tray (we used a 2lb loaf pan)
Press the mix into the bottom of the baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Cool and slice into squares.
