ingredients
- 1 peach, frozen for 24 hours
- 100g plant based ice cream or yoghurt
- 10g pistachios
- 2 tbsp Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP

- Once the peaches are frozen use a fine grater to grate the peach.
- In a bowl layer the ice cream, grated peaches, pistachios and top with Sweet Freedom SYRUP.
