ingredients
- 160g wholemeal self-raising flour
- 110g oats
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 4 tbsp hemp seeds
- 100g peanut butter
- 100g Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP
- 145ml almond milk
make
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Scoop heaped tablespoons into wet hands and roll each one into a ball.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and flatten into a cookie shape.
- Bake at 180C for about 10 minutes until golden.
- Cool on a wire rack.
