flaky, creamy, and totally dreamy... your new favourite vegan treat!

- 1 sheet vegan puff pastry
- 250ml plant based cream
- 50g Sweet Freedom CARAMEL SYRUP
- 25g Sweet Freedom VANILLA SYRUP
- 25g Sweet Freedom RASPBERRY SYRUP

- Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan). Line a tray. Cut strips of vegan puff pastry using scissors or pizza cutter.
- Cut in half and twist into spirals Coat with CARAMEL SYRUP (keep a little back).
- Bake for 20 mins until golden brown.
- Whisk vegan cream and VANILLA SYRUP.
- Remove and cool the pastry strips.
- Drizzle a little CARAMEL on the strips to make them shiny.
- Once cooled dip the pastry strips into the cream.
- Enjoy!
Tip: We drizzled on raspberry syrup onto the cream to get the full cream horn taste experience!
