flaky, creamy, and totally dreamy... your new favourite vegan treat!

ingredients

  • 1 sheet vegan puff pastry
  • 250ml plant based cream
  • 50g Sweet Freedom CARAMEL SYRUP
  • 25g Sweet Freedom VANILLA SYRUP
  • 25g Sweet Freedom RASPBERRY SYRUP

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan). Line a tray. Cut strips of vegan puff pastry using scissors or pizza cutter.
  2.  Cut in half and twist into spirals Coat with CARAMEL SYRUP (keep a little back).
  3.  Bake for 20 mins until golden brown.
  4.  Whisk vegan cream and VANILLA SYRUP.
  5. Remove and cool the pastry strips.
  6.  Drizzle a little CARAMEL on the strips to make them shiny.
  7.  Once cooled dip the pastry strips into the cream.
  8. Enjoy!

Tip: We drizzled on raspberry syrup onto the cream to get the full cream horn taste experience!
