creamy, fruity and delicious!
ingredients
for the porridge:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp beetroot powder
- 1 tbsp plant based protein powder (optional)
- 3/4 cup plant milk
for the toppings:
- Sweet Freedom MYSTERY SYRUP
- soy yoghurt
- mixed berries
- nut butter
- roasted pumpkin seeds
- hemp seeds
make
- Add all the ingredients for the porridge to a saucepan and heat on medium high until bubbling.
- Turn to medium and simmer for 2-3 minutes stirring often until the oats are soft and the consistency is to your liking.
- Add more plant milk if it's too thick. Pour the porridge into a bowl and top with your favourites.
- Enjoy!
