ingredients
- 75g rolled oats
- 40g oat flour (blitz rolled oats)
- ¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda
- pinch of salt
- 40g coconut oil or vegan butter (melted)
- 40g Sweet Freedom VEGAN HONEEE
- ¼–1 tsp coconut oil (depending on coating finish - see note at bottom)
- 1½ tbsp Sweet Freedom CHOC POT

- Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan).
- Line a tray.
- Mix oats, oat flour, bicarb, and salt.
- Melt coconut oil + VEGAN HONEEE until smooth.
- Stir wet into dry until sticky dough forms.
- Roll into balls, flatten, and place on tray.
- Bake 10–12 mins until golden edges. Cool fully.

- Soft & Glossy → 1½ tbsp CHOC POT + ¼ tsp coconut oil
- Semi-Firm → 1½ tbsp CHOC POT + ½ tsp coconut oil
- Crackly & Snappy → 1½ tbsp CHOC POT + 1 tsp coconut oil
