the perfect treat with a cuppa!

ingredients

  • 75g rolled oats
  • 40g oat flour (blitz rolled oats)
  • ¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 40g coconut oil or vegan butter (melted)
  • 40g Sweet Freedom VEGAN HONEEE
  • ¼–1 tsp coconut oil (depending on coating finish - see note at bottom)
  • 1½ tbsp Sweet Freedom CHOC POT

 make 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan).
  2. Line a tray.
  3. Mix oats, oat flour, bicarb, and salt.
  4. Melt coconut oil + VEGAN HONEEE until smooth. 
  5. Stir wet into dry until sticky dough forms.
  6. Roll into balls, flatten, and place on tray.
  7. Bake 10–12 mins until golden edges. Cool fully.

CHOC POT coating options:

  • Soft & Glossy → 1½ tbsp CHOC POT + ¼ tsp coconut oil 
  • Semi-Firm → 1½ tbsp CHOC POT + ½ tsp coconut oil 
  • Crackly & Snappy → 1½ tbsp CHOC POT + 1 tsp coconut oil
