yes really! SO simple these soft, sweet cookies are ideal for a high fibre brekkie... we like ours spread with CHOC POT
- 1 cup fine oatmeal flour
- 1 cup Sweet Freedom LIGHT SYRUP
- Preheat oven to 170C and line a cookie tray with baking paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Form into small balls and place on baking tray, press down on each ball slightly to flatten.
- Bake for 8 minutes, or until golden. Best served warm!
