whizz up this healthy and delicious smoothie bowl
- 1 frozen banana
- 30g oats
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tsp ground flax seed
- 1 tbsp Sweet Freedom CHOC SHOT, plus extra for swirling
- 1 handful ice cubes
- Whizz all ingredients in a blender.
- Add an extra swirl of CHOC SHOT.
- Add cocoa nibs and a few raspberries as an optional extra.
