peanut butter granola
have a nutty start to your morning with this quick and easy granola
- 130g oats
- 50ml Sweet Freedom CHOC SHOT
- 50g peanut butter
- Preheat the oven to 180C and line a tray with parchment paper.
Add the peanut butter and CHOC SHOT to a bowl and mix well.
Pour in the oats and combine.
Pour the mixture onto the lined tray and spread evenly.
Bake in the oven for 8 minutes.
Remove from the oven and break up any big clumps, turning the granola.
Put the granola back into the oven for 5 minutes, until crisp and golden.
- Store in an air tight jar but it won’t last long!
