this vegan gluten free shortbread is so easy to make and delicious with a cuppa
- 180g almond flour (ground almonds)
- 4 tbsp Sweet Freedom CARAMEL SYRUP
- 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- Preheat the oven to 160C and line a baking tray.
- Mix together the 3 ingredients.
- Roll out the mixture and using a cookie cutter, cut into shapes.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes until golden.
