- 150g Sweet Freedom CHOC POT
- 200g can of unsweetened coconut milk (chilled and you need only the white part from the top of the can - use rest for smoothies/curries!)
- 1 tsp natural vanilla extract
1. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and beat together until smooth.
2. Spoon into espresso cups or shot glasses and garnish with berries or cacao nibs or even a dusting of cocoa powder.
3. Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
