- 6 tbsp Sweet Freedom CHOC POT Caramel
- 6 tbsp plant-based vanilla yoghurt
- 10 tsp peanut butter
- 2 small bananas
- 100g fresh blueberries
- 100g raspberries
- 200g strawberries
- 2 tbsp raw cacao nibs (optional)
make
- Rinse and gently dry the berries. Chop the bananas into slices.
- To assemble the parfaits: Add 1/2 tbsp of CHOC POT Caramel to the bottom of the pudding glasses. Add 1/2 tbsp of vanilla yoghurt followed by some banana slices and berries. Top with 1 tsp of peanut butter. Repeat the process so you get another layer.
- Top with extra berries, CHOC POT Caramel peanut butter and raw cacao nibs (if using).
- Best served immediately but can be refrigerated (covered) for up to two days. Enjoy!
