ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp Sweet Freedom PISTACHIO SYRUP
- 2 tbsp pistachio butter
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ cup coconut yoghurt (to serve)
- chopped pistachios (to serve)
- raspberries (to serve)
- extra drizzle of PISTACHIO SYRUP (to serve)
make
- Add the rolled oats, chia seeds and hemp seeds to a medium mixing bowl.
- Stir to combine Add the pistachio butter, almond milk and PISTACHIO SYRUP to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add the milk mixture to the bowl and combine with the dry ingredients.
- Divide into jars and place in the fridge to set overnight or for at least 3 hours.
- Serve topped with yogurt, chopped pistachios, raspberries and extra syrup!
