pistachio lovers unite! this is a breakfast you'll be excited to wake up to...

Serves: 2

ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Freedom PISTACHIO SYRUP
  • 2 tbsp pistachio butter
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup coconut yoghurt (to serve)
  • chopped pistachios (to serve)
  • raspberries (to serve)
  • extra drizzle of PISTACHIO SYRUP (to serve)

 make 

  1. Add the rolled oats, chia seeds and hemp seeds to a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Stir to combine Add the pistachio butter, almond milk and PISTACHIO SYRUP to a blender. 
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add the milk mixture to the bowl and combine with the dry ingredients.
  5. Divide into jars and place in the fridge to set overnight or for at least 3 hours.
  6. Serve topped with yogurt, chopped pistachios, raspberries and extra syrup!
