- 1 whole cucumber (finely sliced into half moon pieces)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP
- 1 tablespoon chili oil
- juice from half a lime
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 spring onion
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- pinch of salt & pepper
- sprinkle of chili flakes (garnish)
make
- Thinly slice your cucumber into half moons.
- In a tupperware container, mix together all of the other ingredients.
- Place the cucumber slices into the tupperware container, pop on the lid (make sure it's secure!) and give it all a good shake.
- Transfer the cucumber salad into a bowl, sprinkle over some extra sesame seeds, spring onion and chilli flakes.
- Enjoy!
