peanut choc cookies
these extra tasty vegan cookies are easy to whip up and ready in under 20 minutes
- 40g oat flour (oats whizzed in a blender)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 6 tbsp Sweet Freedom CHOC SHOT
- 55g smooth nut butter
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
Preheat oven to 170C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Mix together the ingredients and form into 6 equal sized balls.
Press the balls slightly onto the tray and bake for 10 minutes.
- Leave to cool on a wire rack and then drizzle with extra peanut butter and CHOC SHOT.
