orange loaf cake
wind down and tuck into this zesty orange loaf cake with your favourite cuppa and feel your taste buds dance
- 150ml plant based milk, room temperature
- 50g coconut oil, melted
- 125ml Sweet Freedom CARAMEL SYRUP
- 100ml fresh orange juice
- 150g self raising flour
- 150g ground almonds
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- zest of 1 orange
- 200g thick dairy free yoghurt
- 20ml Sweet Freedom CARAMEL
Preheat oven to 170C and line a loaf tin.
Combine the wet ingredients and then gently mix in the dry.
Pour into your loaf tin and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove from tin and leave to cool.
Mix together the ingredients for the glaze and then pour over the cake once cool.
