vegan honeee pancakes
Bee sweet to your family with delicious VEGAN HONEEE pancakes
- 120g wholewheat flour
- 240g unsweetened dairy free milk of choice
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp Sweet Freedom VEGAN HONEEE
- oil for cooking
- toppings: your favourite fresh fruit Vegan butter Sweet Freedom VEGAN HONEEE
Add the flour and baking powder to a large bowl and whisk to combine.
Add the milk and VEGAN HONEEE and mix until just combined, don’t overmix.
Heat a pan with splash / spray of oil over medium heat and once hot, ladle your batter to make pancakes that are approx. 4 inches in diameter.
Cook for about 3-5 minutes until several bubbles form on top. Then flip and cook the other side for another 3-5 minutes until cooked through.
- Stack on an ovenproof dish in a warm oven and serve with VEGAN HONEEE, fresh fruit and butter.
