healthy energy balls
these easy energy balls are perfect for veganuary snacking
- 100g oats
- 60g ground flaxseed or golden linseed
- 120g nut or seed butter of choice
- 80g Sweet Freedom CARAMEL SYRUP
- 50g desiccated coconut
- In a large mixing bowl, add rolled oats and ground flaxseed and mix well.
- Mix in peanut butter and CARAMEL SYRUP.
- Fold in the desiccated coconut.
- Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes, to firm up.
- Remove from the fridge and form 12 balls.
