for the brownie:- one large banana
- 20g cacao powder / cocoa powder
- 20g peanut butter
- 20g Sweet Freedom CHOC SHOT
- 40g fresh blueberries
- 45g vegan cream cheese
- 20g Sweet Freedom CARAMEL SYRUP
- optional: natural orange food colour
- 20g Sweet Freedom CHOC SHOT
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- In a food processor blend together all ingredients for the brownie except the blueberries.
- Pour the batter into a small cake mould and add the blueberries.
- Bake the brownie for about 30 minutes.
- In the meantime prepare the frosting by combining cream cheese and CARAMEL SYRUP. Use a milk frother to get it creamy.
- Let the brownie cool down for about 10 minutes and transfer it onto a plate.
- Add CHOC SHOT in the middle and top with frosting and fresh blueberries.
- Enjoy!
