Time: 5 minutes + 4 hours setting time

ingredients

for the pots:

  • 250ml oat milk
  • 125ml boiling water
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 3 tbsp Sweet Freedom HAZELNUT SYRUP
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds

to serve

  • plant based yoghurt
  • chopped hazelnuts
  • cocoa powder

    1. Mix the coffee in the boiling water then blend it with all the remaining ingredients.
    2. Transfer into jars and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to thicken.
    3. Serve with a dollop of yoghurt and some chopped hazelnuts and cocoa powder.
