hazelnut coffee chocolate pots
a delicious plant based dessert which is super easy to make
for the pots:
- 250ml oat milk
- 125ml boiling water
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- 3 tbsp Sweet Freedom HAZELNUT SYRUP
- 1 avocado
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- plant based yoghurt
- chopped hazelnuts
- cocoa powder
- Mix the coffee in the boiling water then blend it with all the remaining ingredients.
- Transfer into jars and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to thicken.
- Serve with a dollop of yoghurt and some chopped hazelnuts and cocoa powder.
