- 500g dairy free yoghurt
- 5 tbsp Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP
- 50g raspberries
- 50g blueberries
- 25g desiccated coconut

Add a sheet of baking paper to a baking tray.

Mix together the yoghurt and FRUIT SYRUP.

Mix well and spread it out in the tray.

Sprinkle the yoghurt with the berries and coconut.
- Put in the freezer for 3 hours and then cut in to chunks and serve.
