    ingredients

    • 500g dairy free yoghurt
    • 5 tbsp Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP
    • 50g raspberries
    • 50g blueberries⁠
    • 25g desiccated coconut

    make

    1. Add a sheet of baking paper to a baking tray.⁠
    2. Mix together the yoghurt and FRUIT SYRUP.
    3. Mix well and spread it out in the tray.
    4. Sprinkle the yoghurt with the berries and coconut.
    5. Put in the freezer for 3 hours and then cut in to chunks and serve.⁠
