- 4-6 pieces your favourite bread
- 1 banana
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp Sweet Freedom CARAMEL SYRUP
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp almond butter
make
- Blend all the ingredients (except the bread) in a high speed blender until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a large bowl.
- Dip the bread into the mixture on both sides.
- Heat a frying pan with a little coconut oil.
- Fry the bread on a low to medium heat for 1 minute on each side.
- Serve with lovely fresh berries and a drizzle of our CARAMEL SYRUP.
