for the golden syrup cookies:
- 40ml Sweet Freedom GOLDEN SYRUP
- 130g nut butter
- 50g oat flour
for the choc salted caramel bunnies
- 40ml Sweet Freedom CHOC SHOT Salted Caramel

- Preheat oven to 180C. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. Warm peanut butter slightly until runny (approx. 20 secs in micro).
- Separate into two bowls
- For the golden syrup chicks, add Sweet Freedom GOLDEN SYRUP to the first bowl of peanut butter and mix well.
- For the Choc Salted Caramel bunnies, add Sweet Freedom CHOC SHOT Salted Caramel to the second bowl of peanut butter and mix well.
- Add the oat flour to each of the base mixtures and mix till a dough ball forms for each biscuit mix.
- Roll the each dough ball flat and use cookie cutter to cut into shapes.
- Bake for 8 mins, or until slightly golden and cool on a wire tray. Serve your biscuits together.
