- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 6 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 4 wheat biscuits
- 6 tbsp Sweet Freedom CHOC SHOT
- for icing Sweet Freedom CHOC POT
make
- Blend all ingredients except the CHOC POT in a blender until combined.
- Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
- Press the mix into the tin.
- Leave in the fridge until set.
- Slice into 6 bars and ice with Sweet Freedom CHOC POT.
