ingredients
- 50g oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Sweet Freedom LIGHT SYRUP
- 250ml plant based milk
- 100g dairy-free yoghurt
- 4 tbsp Sweet Freedom CHOC SHOT (a little extra for topping)
- 1 scoop vegan chocolate protein powder
- handful chopped nuts (for topping)
make
- Mix together the oats layer ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the chocolate layer ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning spoon layers of each into a pot or jar.
- Add toppings and dig in!
