ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds ⁣⁠
  • ⁣1 tablespoon oats
  • 1 tablespoon flax⁣ seeds⁠
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pink pitaya powder
  • 1 tablespoon plant yoghurt
  • 1/2 -1 apple, chopped⁣⁠
  • handful of walnuts, chopped
  • Sweet Freedom CINNAMON SYRUP for drizzling
  1. Stir all of the ingredients together and then allow at least 15 minutes to thicken.
  2. Served with bananas, quinoa puffs, a drizzle of CINNAMON SYRUP and frozen berries⁣.
