chia breakfast bowl
this great quick or on-the-go breakfast is naturally sweetened and packed with fibre
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon oats
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pink pitaya powder
- 1 tablespoon plant yoghurt
- 1/2 -1 apple, chopped
- handful of walnuts, chopped
- Sweet Freedom CINNAMON SYRUP for drizzling
- Stir all of the ingredients together and then allow at least 15 minutes to thicken.
- Served with bananas, quinoa puffs, a drizzle of CINNAMON SYRUP and frozen berries.
