vegan strawberry ice cream
impress the family with this creamy vegan strawberry ice cream
- 160ml coconut cream (refrigerated and cold)
- 1 ripe banana
- 80ml Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP
- 500g strawberries (reserve a few chopped to add after blending)
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor.
- Pour into a freezable container.
- Add the extra chopped strawberry pieces.
- Freeze for at least 5 hours.
- Take the ice cream out of the freezer and let it defrost for 10 minutes.
- Scoop and enjoy.
