ingredients
- 300ml coconut water
- 300g frozen pineapple
- the juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP
make
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender, and blitz until smooth.
- Pour into ice lolly moulds and place in the freezer to set for 6-8 hours (or leave overnight).
- Remove from the moulds and ENJOY!
