cinnamon and apple flapjacks
delicious vegan cinnamon and apple flapjacks with Sweet Freedom CINNAMON SYRUP
- 240g rolled oats
- 130g Sweet Freedom CINNAMON SYRUP
- 120g melted plant based butter
- 1 apple, peeled and finely chopped
- 2 tbsp almond flakes
- 2 tbsp crushed macadamia nuts
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Lightly grease a 9" baking tray or square oven dish.
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Transfer to the baking tray and press down firmly and bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
- Cool in the tray before slicing!
