summer heaven in a bowl!
ingredients
- 1 packets of frozen açaí purée
- 1 banana
- 1 cooked, peeled beetroot
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1-2 tbsp Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP
- a dash of milk (we use oat)

- Blend all of the ingredients & pour the smoothie into a bowl.
- Customise your bowl with toppings such as fresh fruit, granola, yogurt, nuts and seeds for an extra burst of flavour and nutrients!
