ingredients

  • 250g plain white flour
  • 2 teaspoons Sweet Freedom LIGHT SYRUP
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 530ml plant milk
  • Vegan butter or coconut oil for frying
  • Fresh strawberries & blueberries
  • Sweet Freedom CHOC POT Chocolate Spread

  1. Sieve the plain white flour into a large bowl or jug. Mix and combine well.
  2. Add the vanilla extract, Sweet Freedom LIGHT SYRUP and plant milk to the flour mixture while whisking until the batter is completely smooth.
  3. Heat your pancake pan/non-stick frying pan over a medium/high heat.
  4. Melt some vegan butter or oil in the pan.
  5. Pour in some of the pancake batter and move it around the pan to spread as thinly as possible.
  6. Cook until golden underneath, then flip the crêpe to cook the other side.
  7. Repeat until all the batter has been used.
  8. Serve with Sweet Freedom CHOC POT Chocolate Spread, fresh strawberries & blueberries.
