- 250g plain white flour
- 2 teaspoons Sweet Freedom LIGHT SYRUP
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 530ml plant milk
- Vegan butter or coconut oil for frying
- Fresh strawberries & blueberries
- Sweet Freedom CHOC POT Chocolate Spread

- Sieve the plain white flour into a large bowl or jug. Mix and combine well.
- Add the vanilla extract, Sweet Freedom LIGHT SYRUP and plant milk to the flour mixture while whisking until the batter is completely smooth.
- Heat your pancake pan/non-stick frying pan over a medium/high heat.
- Melt some vegan butter or oil in the pan.
- Pour in some of the pancake batter and move it around the pan to spread as thinly as possible.
- Cook until golden underneath, then flip the crêpe to cook the other side.
- Repeat until all the batter has been used.
- Serve with Sweet Freedom CHOC POT Chocolate Spread, fresh strawberries & blueberries.
