ingredients

  • 200ml pineapple juice
  • 50ml coconut water
  • 30ml fresh lime juice
  • 15ml Sweet Freedom LIGHT SYRUP
  • ice
  • fresh mint leaves
  • pineapple wedge (garnish)
  • lime wheel (garnish)
  • mint sprig (garnish)

  1. Muddle lime wedges and mint leaves in a shaker
  2. Add pineapple juice, coconut water and Sweet Freedom LIGHT SYRUP.
  3. Add ice and shake well.
  4. Strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.
  5. Top with a splash of sparkling water.
  6. Garnish with pineapple wedge, lime wheel and mint sprig.
