sweet, sparkling and full of colour, this layered mocktail is almost too pretty to drink!
Ingredients
Blue Matcha Syrup:
- ¼ tsp blue matcha
- Splash of hot water
- 15ml Sweet Freedom PISTACHIO SYRUP
Raspberry base:
- 50g raspberries
- 10ml PISTACHIO SYRUP
- Ice
Pistachio Lemonade
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 250ml sparkling water
- 20ml Sweet Freedom PISTACHIO SYRUP
Garnish:
- Fresh raspberries
- Lemon slice
make
- Add ¼ tsp blue matcha to a small bowl, mix in a splash of hot water until completely dissolved.
- Add 15ml PISTACHIO SYRUP and mix together.
- Make the pistachio lemonade by mixing the lemon juice, sparkling water and 20ml PISTACHIO SYRUP.
- Muddle raspberries in the bottom of the glass so they’re slightly crushed.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Slowly pour the pistachio lemonade over the ice.
- Slowly drizzle in the blue matcha syrup.
