Ingredients
Blue Matcha Syrup
¼ tsp blue matcha
Splash of hot water
15ml Sweet Freedom PISTACHIO SYRUP
Drink
100ml pomegranate juice
Ice
Pistachio Lemonade
Juice of 1 lemon
250ml sparkling water
20ml Sweet Freedom PISTACHIO SYRUP
Garnish
Fresh raspberries

- Add ¼ tsp blue matcha to a small bowl.
- Add a splash of hot water and mix until completely dissolved.
- Add 15ml PISTACHIO SYRUP and mix together.
- Make the pistachio lemonade by mixing the lemon juice, sparkling water and 20ml PISTACHIO SYRUP.
- Pour the pomegranate juice into the glass.
- Fill with ice.
- Slowly pour the pistachio lemonade over the ice.
- Slowly drizzle the blue matcha syrup over the top.
- Garnish and serve.
