- 60g plant based milk
- 110g Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP
- 1 tsp white or apple cider vinegar
- 3 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 6 tsp Sweet Freedom CHOC SHOT, for swirling

- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- In a bowl add the first 4 ingredients and mix well.
- Fold in the flour and baking powder.
- Pour batter into a prepared doughnut mould. Swirl a tsp of CHOC SHOT into the batter for each doughnut.
- Bake for 10 minutes... enjoy!
