spiced baked carrot cake oatmeal
keep cosy with this warming winter brekkie
- 1 carrot, grated
- 50g sultanas
- 1 apple, diced
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- zest of an orange
- 160g porridge oats
- 400ml plant milk
- 2 tbsp Sweet CINNAMON SYRUP
- Preheat oven to 180/gas 4.
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Pour into a baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes, until golden.
- Serve with an extra drizzle of CINNAMON SYRUP.
