salted caramel porridge
looks far naughtier than it is...
- 1 cup porridge oats
- 2 cups hemp milk (or your favourite milk)
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- 3 medjoul dates
- 1 banana
- handful of dark chocolate squares
- 1-2 tbsp Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP
- Chop the dates and place everything in a small pan.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for about 4 - 5 minutes until creamy.
- Caramelise banana slices.
- Drizzle with Sweet Freedom FRUIT SYRUP.
