overnight oats breakfast
deliciously creamy and oh so filling breakfast makes a healthy start to your day
- 160g plain whole rolled porridge oats
- 800g plant based yoghurt
- 300ml water
- 4 tbsp Sweet Freedom GOLDEN SYRUP (extra for drizzling)
- 1 handful of your favourite fruit
- Put the porridge oats into a large bowl.
- Mix the yoghurt with water and add to the bowl.
- Stir together, then cover and chill overnight.
- In the morning, stir again, then divide between 4 bowls and top with your favourite toppings.
